So lets look at The $250 million dollar investment of The Los Angeles Dodgers in The Ring of Post Season
If a team shows a profit to the Government in the Attendance as with
The Dodgers leading all of Major League Baseball and the Team owner
investors refuse to enter the Ring of Post Season due to not wanting
the Prize to be paid as all know The Post Season is the Money payout
to the Team; is now becoming an Internal Revenue Service question of
the Investors removing Profit to their own pockets without the Team
being included in which they the Investors did chuse (Choose) such act
in the last games of the Season of 2012; the 3 in five years does not
apply to such Public view by amount of funding by Investors since such
control follow close to Antitrust in Public Trust as shown by the last
3 games in attendance if when the Los Angeles Dodges in Bi-agreement
with Los Angeles in use of The Stadium for Baseball not Football by
section only for Baseball as written in agreement of the Deeds of Land
to support the Stadium is a Public Trust - in that the 3 to 5 year
rule in Internal Revenue Service does not apply to The Owners and
Investors of The Los Angeles Dodgers but more into Audit of Public
Trust of lacking said Trust in a rerun to 2012 into 2013 is Antitrust
Violation if such players refuse the following to wildcard the Team
has to win 5 of the next 13 games or to clinch the Division 8 wins of
the next 13 games is Good Faith for Public Trust.
