The Honorable President Carter the Honorable President Reagan did a SELRES bridge of Service to Law from 1974 to 1985 in order for my Service to another SELRES also continue Service from 1967 to 1988 a total of a little over then 20 years SELRES time which allows Pension at age 55 I had hold period from Age 55 to Age 59 that period was paid by Veterans Administration from The War Department and Navy Department then all of a sudden it was stopped did TAR stop it or did you Mr President since another party member did the stop Veterans Administration has no answer yet War Department would and or Navy Department please Affirm

Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System — Newsletter 07/10/2015

This daily newsletter provides an overview of the natural disasters that happened in the last 24 hours and response measures for ongoing disasters. GDACS currently covers earthquakes, tsunamis, tropical cyclones, volcanic eruptions and floods. The color coding (red, orange, green) is related to the estimated humanitarian impact of the event.

GDACS News

Satellite Mapping Overview as of 05 October 2015The latest overview report of current ongoing satellite mapping activities related to humanitarian disasters is available.

It is intended for disaster managers, operations centres, desk officers and others that need syntheses of what goes on in this field. The service is operated by the GDACS mapping & satellite imagery coordination mechanism: UNITAR Operational Satellite Applications Programme (UNOSAT). We encourage any satellite mapping production entity to submit information about their products so we can include it in future summaries.

Disaster events in the last 24 hours

GDACS detected the following potential disasters. For up-to-date media coverage, latest maps and ReliefWeb content related to these disasters, please go to GDACS homepage.

	Green alert for tropical cyclone JOAQUIN-15. Population affected by Category 1 (120 km/h) wind speeds or higher is 0.
	From 28/09/2015 to 07/10/2015, a Hurricane/Typhoon > 74 mph (maximum wind speed of 250 km/h) JOAQUIN-15 was active in Atlantic. The cyclone affects these countries: Bahamas (vulnerability Low). Estimated population affected by category 1 (120 km/h) wind speeds or higher is 0.

	Green alert for tropical cyclone OHO-15. Population affected by Category 1 (120 km/h) wind speeds or higher is 0.
	From 03/10/2015 to 07/10/2015, a Hurricane/Typhoon > 74 mph (maximum wind speed of 139 km/h) OHO-15 was active in CentralPacific. The cyclone affects these countries: Canada, United States (vulnerability Low). Estimated population affected by category 1 (120 km/h) wind speeds or higher is 0.

be it a family member who encourages participation in the political
process and receives a voter registration form from another family member, an administrative assistant
who is asked by his or her superior to handle the return of a voter registration form, or a volunteer
"candy striper" at a senior citizen center who turns over a registration card received from an elderly
patient to his or her supervisor because of uncertainty in the procedures for handling patient mail.
The Court's conclusion that this provision chills volunteer participation in voter registration
efforts is based not only upon the materials submitted by the parties and defense counsel's responses
to various examples posed by the Court at oral argument, but also upon the affidavits of individual
plaintiffs who have attested to the fact that they have indeed stopped participating in voter registration
drives out of fear of criminal prosecution for failure to personally place a voter registration card
received by them in the mail or in the hands of an appropriate agency. Indeed, it is logical to conclude
that anyone would be chilled in these circumstances.
