Darius Williams Sentenced to 12 Years Imprisonment

SOUTH BEND – United States Attorney for the Northern District of Indiana, David Capp, announced that Darius Williams, 31, of South Bend, Indiana, was sentenced today, for distribution of heroin.  Williams was sentenced to 12 years imprisonment and 6 years of supervised release.

Armed Snohomish County Drug Dealer Sentenced to Long Prison Term for Drug Trafficking

An Everett resident with prior federal drug felony convictions, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to more than 14 years in prison, announced U.S. Attorney Annette L. Hayes. JOSEPH R. KALAC was convicted at his September 2014 trial of three counts of possessing a controlled substance with intent to distribute, one count of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, and one count each of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.

Gang Member Sentenced to 180 Months for Firearm and Drug Possession

The ATF and the Murfreesboro Police Department (MPD) announced today that Charles Franklin, age 34, was sentenced to 188 months in federal prison by U.S. District Judge Todd Campbell for felon in possession of a firearm and possession of cocaine.

Thirteen Individuals, Including a JSO Patrol Officer, Charged in Organized Crime Investigation

United States Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III announces the unsealing of four indictments charging 13 individuals with various federal criminal offenses, including conspiracy to commit money laundering, failure to file an IRS Form 8300, structuring of currency transactions, conspiracy to transmit wagering information, and narcotics trafficking.

 

Convicted Felon Sentenced to Ten Years for Possession of Ammunition in Connection with 2010 Lakeland Homicide

 

Tampa, FL– U.S. District Judge Steven D. Merryday today sentenced Matthew Anillo Mango (32, Lakeland) to 10 years in federal prison for being a convicted felon in possession of ammunition. This charge stemmed from the 2010 homicide of Lakeland resident Amanda Peterson. Mango pleaded guilty on June 24, 2014.
