Speed Commerce Announces Closing of Registered Direct Offering
DALLAS, April 21, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Speed Commerce, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPDC) announced today that it has closed the recently announced registered direct placement of 13,035,713 shares of its common stock, and warrants to purchase up to 9,776,784 shares of its common stock, at a combined public offering price of $0.56 per share and related warrants for total gross proceeds of $7.3 million.
Roth Capital Partners acted as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
