Boingo Wireless is a public company that provides global Wi-Fi
services at more than 400,000 hotspots worldwide – including hundreds
of airports, thousands of hotels, and tens of thousand cafes and
coffee shops. The company is headquartered in Los Angeles.
Boingo was founded in 2001 by Sky Dayton, who also founded Earthlink.
Dayton's goal was to solve the fragmentation problem inherent in Wi-Fi
networks.
On May 4, 2011, Boingo Wireless went public selling 5,770,000 shares
at $13.50, raising $77.9 million. Of the shares sold in the offering,
the company sold 3,846,800 shares and selling stockholders 1,923,200
shares. After the offering, the company has 32.5 million shares out,
giving the company a market cap of around $439 million on the
offering.[3] The company acquired Cloud Nine Media on August 8, 2012
indicating a foray into a sponsored offering that would be free for

They are Scientologists and they have three children....Scientology is

in the 20th century. The church is often characterized as a cult and
it has faced harsh scrutiny for many of its practices which, critics
contend, include brainwashing and routinely defrauding its
members,[30] and harassing its critics and perceived enemies with
psychological abuse, character assassination and costly
litigation..... In response, Scientologists have argued that theirs is
a genuine religious movement that has been misrepresented, maligned
and persecuted.[33] The Church of Scientology has consistently used
litigation against its critics, and its aggressiveness in pursuing its
foes has been condemned as harassment.[34][35] Further controversy has
focused on Scientology's belief that souls ("thetans") reincarnate and
have lived on other planets before living on Earth.
