Nice idea but Before to Sea all incoming War Ships are held out of Sea until the USS Long Beach salute beyond 11 miles to the Dolphin Class Sub to enter Port learned from Attack on Pearl Harbor such is admiralty "the jurisdiction of courts of law over cases concerning ships or the sea and other navigable waters; maritime law.

love that ship, the cruiser of all cruisers..had a FC buddy on it, while i was an FC on the Gridley years ago..
